Cat® D10T2

Over the years, the D10 Tractor has proven itself as an extremely productive and versatile machine. It is flexible enough to be used on heavy construction sites and robust enough to be used on mining operations. To continue the legacy of the D10T, Cat customers can now count on the D10T2's superior performance, long life and ease of use and continue to rely on the superior services of Cat's global dealer network. to ensure the sustainability of their operations.

To increase productivity with maximum uptime, the D10T2's rugged design makes repairs and maintenance easier. Customers can retrofit these tractors many times using the same chassis and making only minor repairs.
The D10T2 chassis is designed to absorb the powerful shocks and torsional forces experienced during heavy mucking or ripping applications.
The main housing, the suspension balance base and the front cross member are made of heavy-duty cast steel. We have integrated them into the areas of the frame subjected to the highest stresses in order to better distribute these constraints and, consequently, to prolong the life of the components.
The lower and upper spars are made from continuous rolled sections to extend the life of the chassis.

Proper lubrication of walking surfaces can significantly increase component life and help reduce maintenance costs.
Remote lubrication of the D10T2 is done from a maintenance point conveniently located on the left side of the engine compartment and allows the operator or service technician to lubricate both the end pin bearings of the engine. left and right suspension beam and pins from a single service point.
The addition of the optional automatic lubrication system allows the driver to adjust the amount of grease needed for each application per volume and maintenance interval via the information display.

The evolution of D10T to D10T2 maximizes productivity while improving energy efficiency. The Cat C27 engine with ACERT Technology delivers power and reliability for superior performance, high productivity and long life.
The C27 ACERT engine develops a net rated power (SAE J1349 / ISO 9249) of 447 kW (600 HP) at 1,800 rpm with a significant 21% torque reserve (forward), to allow the D10T2 to push back the most difficult materials.
Combined with the high efficiency differential coupler and the electronically controlled Powershift transmission, this engine guarantees reliable operation for many years.
